Brush Dental Care realizes that everyone’s financial situation is different. For this reason we have worked hard to provide a variety of payment options to help you receive the dental care you need and want with respect to your budget and insurance coverage.
Dental Insurance
We accept dental insurance and are happy to submit the claims necessary to see that you receive the full benefits of your coverage. Additionally, we are registered as an in-network provider (commonly called a PPO) with most insurance plans. By registering as an in-network provider, Dr. Farrell and Brush Dental Care saves you, the patient, money. In an in-network system, the insurance company sets the maximum allowance that the office can charge for each procedure. Benefits are then calculated on a percentage. As a result, the amount owed by the patient is usually substantially less than with an out-of-network provider. Payment Plans
On a case by case basis, Brush Dental Care will grant patients the option to pay their outstanding balance by creating a payment plan agreement. Payment plan agreements allow patients to pay their outstanding balance through a series of installment payments. Examples of when payment plans may be established are when a patient’s insurance coverage is maximized and they require a significant procedure, a substantial cosmetic procedure has been performed, or when a patient is suffering significant financial hardship.
It is customary that payments, co-payments, and insurance deductibles are due as services are rendered. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, and Care Credit.
